Does my company qualify for Form C-S filing ?
- Must be Singapore Incorpoated company.
- Has an annual revenue of $5 million in YA 2018 and below.
- Derives only income taxable at 17%.
And does not claim any of the following:
- Carry back of Current Year Capital allowances/Losses.
- Group relief
- Investment Allowance
- Research & Development Tax Allowance
- Foreign Tax Credit..
When can you file?
e-File via myTax Portal (http://mytax.iras.gov.sg) from June until 15 December of each year for financial year ended in previous year (e.g. file Form C-S YA 2018 for financial year ended in 2017)

- need to furnish essential tax and financial information and do not need to submit financial accounts and tax computations with the form. (The financial accounts and tax computations are to be retained and submitted only upon IRAS' request.)

e-File Form C-S can be done in 4 simple steps:
- Retrieve your company's e-Services Access Code. (Application form )
- Authorise yourself/third party as an Approver for Corporate Tax Matters.
- Log in to myTax Portal..
- Submit the completed Form C-S online.
Form C-S e-submission deadline is 15th December, paper submission (Available from IRAS website on 1 June 2018 ) is 30 November 2018. Just give
us a call at 9489-9429 if you need help to-file form C-S for your company, the charge can be as low as $50.
If You don't qualify for Form C-S, you still need to file Form C,Tax computation and unaudited financial statements. The deadline remains on 30 November.
